By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use the website only for lawful personal purchases.

You may not interfere with the website, misuse another customer’s account, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content for commercial use, or use automated means to place fraudulent or abusive orders.

Products and pricing

We take care to present product descriptions, dimensions, colours and prices accurately. Screens and lighting can make colours appear slightly different, and handcrafted or natural elements may have small variations that are not defects.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Availability, promotions and prices may change before an order is submitted. The price recorded in the accepted order is the applicable product price, subject to correction of an obvious technical or typographical error.

Orders and payment

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Habiba & Co. confirms it for fulfilment. We may cancel or decline an order for unavailable stock, incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, serviceability limitations or legal requirements, and will return any captured amount due for that cancelled order.

Online payment details are collected securely by Cashfree Payments and are not stored by Habiba & Co. A browser redirect or success screen is not proof of payment; an online order is treated as paid only after server-side confirmation from Cashfree. Cash on delivery may be offered where available.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Cancellation, return eligibility, inspection and refund timelines are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Contact us promptly if you need help. We cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation after packing or dispatch has begun.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Delays may arise from courier operations, weather, public holidays, address problems, regulatory restrictions or events outside our reasonable control. Our Shipping Policy explains processing, tracking and delivery responsibilities.

Intellectual property

The Habiba name, branding, product presentation, photographs, graphics, text and website design are owned by or licensed to Habiba & Co. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Habiba & Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delay outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in India will govern disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution rights available to you.
